Information
Domaine Chavy Chouet, located in Meursault, is a family vineyard that extends over 13 hectares and has plots in the most beautiful villages of the Côte de Beaune: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard. The domaine comes from the union of the two eponymous families, settled for generations in the region. Currently managed by Romaric Chavy (7th generation), the farm is cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner, limiting chemicals as much as possible. The very fair prices mean it is unmissable for any lover of great Burgundy wines.
Puligny Les Folatières has an expressive nose with aromas of white-fleshed and citrus (lemon) fruit. The palate is full of flavour with a nice acidity and a good length. This wine pairs very well with fish and shellfish dishes.
