In Martinique, the term “habitation” refers to a farming estate and its plantations, as well as the house and its operating buildings. Located in the middle of its sugarcane plantations, Habitation Clément has, since 1887, produced Rhum Clement according to the traditions and rules inherited from its founders, Homère and Charles Clement. This prestigious rhum agricole distilled from pure cane juice is produced in strict accordance with the protected designation of origin “Rhum Agricole Martinique”.

Charles Clément is an aged rum produced at the Acajou estate in Martinique. It is named in tribute to one of the two founders of the Clément habitation.
