In Martinique, the term “habitation” refers to a farming estate and its plantations, as well as the house and its operating buildings. Located in the middle of its sugarcane plantations, Habitation Clément has, since 1887, produced Rhum Clement according to the traditions and rules inherited from its founders, Homère and Charles Clement. This prestigious rhum agricole distilled from pure cane juice is produced in strict accordance with the protected designation of origin “Rhum Agricole Martinique”.
A rhum agricole from Martinique distilled in 1952 from sugarcane juice harvested in the same year. Bottled by the estate in 1991 following 38 years of maturation in oak casks. Numbered bottle equipped with a cork stopper and stamped cream foil seal.
