About the wine

Three parcels from Domaine Lucy Margaux are blended into one delicate and fruity cuvée. The Pinot noir grape is expressed in all its notes of red fruit, cherry, and raspberry, at once subtle and well-balanced. What to serve it with? How about something hearty like a tagine, a duck breast, or grilled lamb? This cuvée can be enjoyed in its youth if decanted first, or it can be aged for a few years first.
The producer’s work is organic-inspired, though he hasn’t yet sought certification. He is also a pioneer for natural wines in Australia, so there certainly isn’t any sulphur added!
