About the wine
The vines used to make this cuvée are planted at the foot of the Piccadilly valley, where the soil is made up of sandy, black alluvium.
This pure Chardonnay has mineral notes of flint – a salty touch – as well as white fruit such as peach. It is a very light cuvée with a nice acidity.
The producer works organically, without yet having sought certification. The grapes are pressed in whole bunches and ferment in 500-litre casks.
