Produced from organic agriculture and natural vinification, this pure Chardonnay was made by gentle, direct pressing and the wine was matured in old barrels for two years. To taste, it is complex in character, marked by notes of citrus, brioche, white fruits and white flowers. The palate holds the same delicate nature used by the winemaker to produce it. Pure, ample and fine, it reveals striking minerality.
