Information
Domaine de l'Anglore is a flagship natural domain of the moment. The estate spans 4 hectares in Tavel, renowned for its rosé production, and is managed by Eric Pfifferling. This former apicultor turned to winemaking after seeing his bees die because of the insecticides used in the region. He practiced biodynamic viticulture right from the beginning: the soils are tilled so as to preserve the natural balance between roots and 'weeds'. His rosés are considered among the best in the world.
Matured for 8 months in French oak (25% new casks). The first vintage was produced in 2005. The wine delivers a complex, fresh nose with notes of nougat and dried fruits. There are aromas of nectarine and peach. The palate is vibrant, with notes of citrus and lime. Enjoy now or wait a few years.
