Information
The Huguenot-Tassin house is in the Aube, in the east of the Champagne region. Their champagnes from Celles-sur-Ource are known for their wonderful finesse. Created in 1984 by Benoit and Marie-Claire Huguenot, who has since then increased their use of single-parcel selections. The vineyard is sustainably-farmed.
This cuvée owes its name to one of the plots from which its grapes come. These have been grown using organic principles and benefited from south/south-eastern exposure. In the cellar, the domain has favoured semi-carbonic maceration and vinification in whole bunches. On tasting, it charms us with its structure, its indulgent notes of red fruit and its fine and elegant texture.
