Information
The Huguenot-Tassin house is in the Aube, in the east of the Champagne region. Their champagnes from Celles-sur-Ource are known for their wonderful finesse. Created in 1984 by Benoit and Marie-Claire Huguenot, who has since then increased their use of single-parcel selections. The vineyard is sustainably-farmed.
A rare champagne from this producer, unusual in that it contains one of the region's rare varieties: Pinot Blanc. This grape, combined with the Pinot Noir, expresses itself in a rounded, lively, refined and well-structured register. Its extra-brut dosage showcases its delicate aromas of citrus and white fruit, ensuring it can be enjoyed on its own as an apéritif or accompanied by fine food.
