The Huguenot-Tassin house is in the Aube, in the east of the Champagne region. Their champagnes from Celles-sur-Ource are known for their wonderful finesse. Created in 1984 by Benoit and Marie-Claire Huguenot, who has since then increased their use of single-parcel selections. The vineyard is sustainably-farmed.

This brut Champagne owes its name to the parcel of the same name in which it is grown. Its ideal exposure enables the Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes to ripen perfectly and express themselves in a very refined register. Its aromatic bouquet is redolent with citrus notes. Its fine bubbles allow the lemony, floral aromas to express themselves with great length.
