About the producer
Sylvie Boyer was born in Meursault. In addition to her father Yves Boyer’s family domaine, she launched her own trading business, under her own name. The idea for part of its production (with a screw lid) is to create wines that are easily accessible, succulent, and unaffected. The range is indeed of a very high standard and the wines can be appreciated from their youth.
About the wine
Straightaway this Monthélie's nose brings to mind delicacies such as wild strawberries and Morello cherries. On the palate, it reveals finely crafted, refreshing acidity. A crisp wine that can give immediate pleasure.
