Domaine de Saint-Just lies in Dive, 10 km south of Saumur in the Saumur-Champigny appellation. It was founded in 1996 by Yves Lambert who still runs the business today, alongside his son Arnaud. The 40 hectares of vineyard are planted with Cabernet Franc and Chenin and cultivated free from pesticides and chemical products. The domain converted to organic viticulture in 2009 and received official certification in 2012. Every wine in the Domaine Saint-Just range is of an impressive quality

This cuvée comes from a vineyard parcel on clay and chalk-rich soil. It has delightful white fruit aromas with floral notes on the nose and the palate stands out for its fresh and flavoursome qualities. This wine makes a perfect pairing with seafood platters.
