Domaine Hudelot works in AB, Agriculture Biologique certified organic farming. The vineyard extends over 22 hectares and produces 5 different cuvées in the villages of Villars-Fontaine, Curtil-Vergy, Segrois and Concoeur. Interestingly, besides Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the domaine also produces a little Aligoté. Patrick Hudelot has, in parallel, a small high quality trading house, DPH Patrick Hudelot.

Hudelot's Echézeaux is an elegant, refined wine which gains in richness and complexity over the years. It is distinguished by its particularly silky texture.
