François Parent took over from his father, who bottled his first vintage in 1955. The domain went on to produce wines sold in the best Michelin-starred restaurants. François Parent also vinifies his wife's wines at A-F Gros. This cuvée was produced until 2006; when the parcel was sold.

François Parents, Anne Gros’ spouse, has here crafted a Pommard premier cru with a deep, red colour that gives of notes of red and black fruits. With a certain amount of ageing recommended, it possesses a powerful mouthfeel marked by an affirmed, tannic structure. We recommend keeping this cuvée for at least five years in the cellar in order for all of its elements to harmonise. Unsurprisingly, it will pair nicely with characterful dishes like a vegetable gratin.
