About the producer

Domaine de la Croix Senaillet, located in Davayé, in the Mâconnais, was created in 1969 by Maurice Martin, then taken over by his sons Richard and Stéphane in the early 90's. Stéphane is in charge of the vines, while his brother deals with vinification and sales. The vineyard has been certified for organic farming since 2010 and has extended to 26 hectares, spread over some 60 plots and planted exclusively with Chardonnay.

About the wine

Mâcon Davayé has a nose of white-fleshed fruit and citrus (lemon) aromas, with notes of gun flint. It is very vivacious, drinkable and supple on the palate.
