Intensity
This delicate, fresh rosé is nonetheless very generous. Red berries and length in the mouth make this a true gourmet rosé. The perfect pairing? A langoustine risotto.
More infoA true gourmet rosé wine produced by the saignée method; this wine owes its name to the rose trémière, or hollyhock. The Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes used in its production are picked from vines grown in poor, pebbly limestone-clay soil. This biodynamic wine has been matured for six months in stainless steel tanks. Superb with Mediterranean dishes.
