The wine

This cuvée of Puligny-Montrachet is produced by Louis Latour’s négociant house. It is vinified and matured in oak casks for 8 to 10 months (15% new). The wine offers light notes of élevage (vanilla) and fresh almond. The wine is generous, well-rounded and rich on the palate, with aromas of yellow peach and almond paste. An excellent pairing for fish and some cheeses.
