Santa Rita Hills has long been considered one of the most beautiful places to grow Pinot Noir. Here, the vines of this iconic grape variety are nurtured with the utmost care to showcase the region’s incomparable landscapes and terroirs. This is where Domaine de la Côte and Rajat Parr have become leading players on the Californian wine scene. The estate boasts an outstanding diversity of parcels, including Memorious, which is cultivated organically, with no added inputs. In the winery, vinification is geared towards balance and preserving the identity of the terroir. Fermentation, achieved using native yeasts, is followed by several months of ageing before bottling.
