Information
With its ideal location on the Grand Cru of Ambonnay, this estate produces outstanding Champagnes bursting with character. The family business, now run by Pierre Déthune, reflects the work of a long line of winegrowers dating back to 1610. Following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather Léon, his grandfather Henri and his father Paul, Pierre cultivates seven hectares of vines and produces a range of ten 100% Grand Cru Champagnes. The estate has a stringent policy of zero pesticides and zero insecticides. Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Value) and organic since October 2022, the family business is committed to an assiduous approach to sustainable management, the benefits of which are evident in environmental, economic and social terms. The estate has been producing 100% of its own electricity since 2020 by installing photovoltaic panels. Each cuvée is the fruit of the hard work of a family of passionate winegrowers, embodying ancestral expertise and a resolute dedication to excellence.
