Information
The estate practises environmentally friendly viticulture, employing biodynamic practices and avoiding the use of chemical fertilisers and weedkillers wherever possible. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand to preserve their quality and delicious aromas. Vinification is then performed according to traditional methods, with as little intervention as possible. The wine then undergoes a long ageing period in French oak casks before being bottled. This is how the estate crafts authentic reds encapsulating the quintessence of Burgundy’s finest red wines.
The deep bright ruby colour is complemented by an intense and complex nose of black fruit and subtle hints of spice. The generous full-bodied palate delicately leads to an incredibly persistent finish. This cuvée offers several years of ageing potential.
