About the producer

Passionate about winemaking, Olivier Bernstein decided to study viticulture and enology in Beaune and started out as a wine grower in Languedoc. Thanks to his success at the Mas de la Devèze, he could not resist the temptation to return to his first love, Burgundy. In 2007, he created an eponymous maison to vinify the Burgundy premier and grand crus and finally, in 2012, he became an owner of parcels of land located in Mazis-Chambertin and Gevrey-Chambertin.
