About the producer

In Martinique, the term “habitation” refers to a farming estate and its plantations, as well as the house and its operating buildings. Located in the middle of its sugarcane plantations, Habitation Clément has, since 1887, produced Rhum Clement according to the traditions and rules inherited from its founders, Homère and Charles Clement. This prestigious rhum agricole distilled from pure cane juice is produced in strict accordance with the protected designation of origin “Rhum Agricole Martinique”.

About the wine

A Clément rhum agricole aged for six years in oak casks. We estimate this bottle to be from the 1980s. This edition was awarded a gold medal at the Paris Agricultural Faire in 1987 and 1988.
