Based in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente, Maison Tesseron’‘s roots date back to 1905, when the estate was bought by founder Abel Tesseron, who began collecting rare cognacs. The tradition continues today, with the third and fourth generation of the family at the helm. True enthusiasts of the fine products offered by the wine-growing terroir, they also own Château Pontet-Canet, the famous Pauillac cru classé.
Tesseron Lot No. 90 is a cognac made with primarily Ugni Blanc grapes grown in Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois. It underwent long ageing in oak barrels, lasting at least ten years according to the XO statement found on the label.
