Information
Based in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente, Maison Tesseron’‘s roots date back to 1905, when the estate was bought by founder Abel Tesseron, who began collecting rare cognacs. The tradition continues today, with the third and fourth generation of the family at the helm. True enthusiasts of the fine products offered by the wine-growing terroir, they also own Château Pontet-Canet, the famous Pauillac cru classé.
An outstanding cognac from Maison Tesseron, produced from grapes grown in Grande Champagne and aged in Limousin oak casks over three generations. Composed of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard, Lot 29 was given the highest rating of 100 points by American critic Robert Parker. “Anything this smooth, silky, potent, and aromatic is truly great stuff. It is about as ethereal a cognac as anyone could ever hope to drink.”
