Information
The Tricot vineyard is expertly run by Marie and Vincent Tricot, who have lived in Orcet for over 20 years. Together, they work on almost five hectares of vines in the heart of the Auvergne. They lovingly cultivate the region’s emblematic grape varieties, such as Gamay, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Well aware of the current environmental concerns and with a view to protecting biodiversity, the winemakers adhere to strict organic farming practices. Each parcel is treated individually to suit its characteristics. The couple represent the very essence of farming with common sense. Proponents of natural wines, they carry out low-intervention winemaking practices and use absolutely no sulphur to give the fruit the freedom to express all its aromas naturally. It is in this peaceful environment that the domain produces authentic, fragrant wines that perfectly reflect the region’s grape varieties and terroir.
