Information
Nestled at the heart of the prestigious Meursault terroir, the estate produces regional appellation wines by practising the most natural viticulture possible. Nothing alters the nature of the soil here, and absolutely no chemicals are used. Every stage is carried out by hand, both in the winery and in the vineyard. Each plot is carefully worked on horseback, reflecting the approach of a passionate winemaker who values quality over quantity. In the winery, the hand-picked fruit is vinified as naturally as possible, without destemming or adding yeast, using minimal doses of sulphur. The wines are then aged for 18 months in new casks.
The glistening ruddy colour reveals a fresh, fruity nose, with a unique vegetal character. Concentrated and flavoursome, it offers delicate tannins and a persistent, fruity finish. This cuvée promises superb tasting experiences from its earliest years.
