    Information
    About the producer

The Pierre Huet estate spans 30 hectares of orchards composed of high and low stem apple trees, and over 25 varieties of cider apple. The company’s history began at the Manoir La Brière Des Fontaines in Cambremer in 1865 with François Huet, who distilled Calvados only for his personal use. The eponymous company was founded instead by his son Pierre, who began selling his father’s Calvados, notably to famous chefs such as Paul Bocuse, Taillevent and Guérard. Since 1921, the business has won countless awards at competitions. It produces Calvados, pommeau, cider and other apple and pear-based products.
