About the producer

In Martinique, the term “habitation” refers to a farming estate and its plantations, as well as the house and its operating buildings. Located in the middle of its sugarcane plantations, Habitation Clément has, since 1887, produced Rhum Clement according to the traditions and rules inherited from its founders, Homère and Charles Clement. This prestigious rhum agricole distilled from pure cane juice is produced in strict accordance with the protected designation of origin “Rhum Agricole Martinique”.

About the wine

Clément Canne Bleue is a mono-varietal white rhum agricole released by the Martinique distillery every year. This approach offers an insight into the unique characteristics of each vintage. The Canne Bleue variety of cane sugar is known for its purplish-blue hues and citrus notes. It is harvested between February and June, then crushed fresh to extract the juice (vesou) that is later distilled.
