    About the wine

Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa is a blend of rums produced in a 45-plate Coffey still in Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean and aged in bourbon casks for five to nine years. It is named after HMS Princessa, a Spanish 70-gun ship captured in 1780 by the Royal Navy during the Battle of Cape St Vincent in south-west Portugal. The battle made a name for the young commander Horatio Nelson, future hero of Aboukir and Trafalgar.
