    About the wine

The Bon Bicer cuvée is a blend of Corvina and Rondinella from vines planted in alluvial soil. These are grown biodynamically and vinified naturally. The grapes are trampled underfoot and ferment spontaneously with skin-contact maceration in stainless steel vats. The wine is matured in the same containers before completing the process once bottled. In the glass, this is a simple and well-made wine with charming aromas of crushed, red fruit and blood orange. It is fresh and elegant with a light juiciness that makes it easy to drink. It can be enjoyed with any of your favourite dishes or as an aperitif with a charcuterie platter.
