Information
About the wine

This cuvée is made from the Dolcetto varietal (100%). The vines of this Italian wine come from Piedmont, more precisely from the native town of wine grower Lorenzo Accomasso: La Morra. The terroir here is rich in clay, and the vines are 40 years old on average. The vinification involves very little intervention. The yeasts are indigenous and the wine matures in large casks. This particular cuvée is made in only small quantities. In the glass it has a beautiful deep red hue, and it gives off earthy aromas and notes of tobacco. On the palate this is an intense, voluptuous cuvée. Serve it with a dish like grilled red meat.
