    Information
    About the producer

After learning the winemaker's craft in various vineyards in the Roussillon region and Spain, Julien Pilon returned to his native Condrieu. Since 2010, he has been producing white Saint-Joseph using grapes which he buys in and then vinifies in his own cellar in Condrieu. In addition to buying 7 hectares of grapes, he has 1.5 hectares of his own vines. These white grape varieties (Marsanne and Roussanne) grow on local granite soils and produce wines of great finesse which are also very precise.
