Information
Located in the east of the Napa Valley (California), the Wirth Ranch vineyard is planted on an exceptional terroir rich in volcanic rock. All pesticides and weedkillers have been banned for a long time. The fermentation process keeps this philosophy in mind, with Chris Brockway adding only a minuscule dose of sulphur. A real explorer, he chose to introduce the Trousseau varietal into the Californian hills, a Jura variety that we now well. And he’s managed this well, since this is a wine that’s easy to drink, low in alcohol, and full of flavour. You can keep it in the cellar for around 10 years.
