Information
Created in 1960 by Jacques Puffeney, the domain spans 6 hectares, spread over a dozen parcels. He farmed Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Chardonnay and Savagnin with meticulous care. Puffeney retired in 2014 and sold 4.25 hectares of the domain to Marquis d'Angerville (Volnay, Burgundy). He kept the rest for himself and one of his nephews.
This cuvée subtly blends Savagnin, the Jura variety par excellence, with Chardonnay. Both of these have produced a fresh and aromatic wine with notes of citrus, white flowers and stone fruits. A pleasant acidity enlivens it and allows for some wonderful gastronomic pairings with light dishes.
