Information
Since 1580, the Beyer family have built up a very good reputation. Situated in the village of Eguisheim, south of Colmar, the 14th generation of the Beyer family currently manages this estate that spans 17 hectares and boasts two grands crus. The variety of soils and terroirs is preserved thanks to biodynamic viticulture. The aromatic purity of the grapes is conserved through gentle anaerobic vinifications. The wines are compelling, with plenty of concentration. Perfect for ageing or pairing with fine food.
Wait about fifteen years to discover this complex, rich and powerful wine. A golden hue, a delicate nose with delicious aromas of citrus fruit and exotic fruit, a fine-cut but distinguished palate ... That's what this Riesling will offer. Keep to pair with gastro dishes such as lobster tartare.
