Domaine des Rois Mages was created by Burgundian Anne-Sophie Debavelaere in 1984, starting with an estate in Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise. She has since expanded into Bouzeron and Beaune. The domain now grows 10 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté with integrated farming. After harvest, the grapes are meticulously sorted pressed and vinified in either oak barrels or stainless-steel vats. The wines are matured in oak barrels.

This is a very unusual Rully from Anne-Sophie Debavelaere and her enologist Félix Debavelaere. This cuvée of 100% Chardonnay combines energetic vibrancy and fruity notes. On the palate, it is taut, generous and delivers great length. Its aromatic intensity allows it to be tasted with flavourful foods. The producer recommends pairing with soft cheeses or onion tart.
