    About the producer

Gaia Wines is the name of the collaboration between agronomist Leon Karatsalos and Yiannis Paraskevopoulos, an important figure in Greek winemaking. The project began in 1996 in the region of Koutsi in Néméa. The endemic grape variety Agiorgitiko finds a wonderful expression in the domain’s four exceptional cuvées.

    About the wine

This wine is produced from a strict selection of Assyrtiko cultivated in Pyrgos. More aromatic than in Santorini, they produce a superb wine which is fruity and balanced. Its lightly saline finish and exceptional length are wonderful.
