About the producer

Marco Capra creates wines on the family estate located between Langhe and Monferrato. Under his management, the domaine has raised quality levels while staying true to age-old techniques. Renowned oenologists Dante Scaglione and Daniela Serra have been instrumental in this development.

About the wine

This Barbera d'Asti has a deep red visual aspect with a persistent bouquet of fruity, floral notes. The palate is opulent and persistent, enabling pairings with flavoursome dishes in sauce. This wine has been fermented and macerated for 12 days at a sufficiently high temperature to enable the grapes to extract as much body, colour and aroma as possible. The wine is then matured in oak casks.
