Domaine Schoffit was originally based in the heart of Colmar and their la Harth vineyard is closely linked to the history of the town. In order to overcome urban sprawl, the domaine sensibly extended to the south in 1980, into the territory of rare and rarefied Grand Cru Rangen. The Domaine covers three distinct terroirs: the gravelly soil on the plane of La Harth vineyard near Colmar, the granite soil of Grand Cru Sommerberg and the volcanic rock of Le Rangen in Thann.

Produced from old vines of Chasselas, this white wine has a delicious, delicate aromatic bouquet. Pear, lime tree and white fruits lift the elegant and lasting mark left on the palate.
