Clos Manou
Information
About the producer

Françoise and Stéphane Dief vinified their first vintage of Clos Manou in the Médoc in 1998. They have expanded their domain to 18 hectares since. Without being certified, the vineyard culture is close to the organic farming and the wines are matured during 17 months in new barrels. The high-quality wines are particularly riche and fruity. A domain to follow.

About the wine

Clos Manou is a small hidden treasure, not very famous, but successful. The bouquet is intense and deep, with ripe fruit aromas and light, well-integrated woody and vanilla notes. The palate has a beautiful volume and balance, elegant tannins and a very pleasant freshness. This wine is perfect with grilled meat.
