About the producer
Vlavis Sklavos is at the helm of this small domaine located on the peninsula which forms the western part of Kefalonia. Almost 30% of the vines are ungrafted as they survived phylloxera contamination. This mystic winegrower has a passionate relationship with his vines which he manages using biodynamic techniques.
About the wine
A nose with a strong personality dominated by citrus notes (orange, lime and mandarin) with an attractive iodine minerality. Great acidity in the mouth; a long finish, with saline notes.
