Founded 5 generations ago, Domaine André Berthet-Rayne in Cairanne produces organic wines in the Cairann and Côtes-du-Rhône appellations. The winemaking savoir faire of this family is evident and the terroir is blessed with a stony soil rich in clay and limestone. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Carignan are used for the reds and Clairette, Roussanne, Marsanne and Bourboulenc for the whites. A domain to discover.

This is a cuvée to taste immediately to discover its fresh aromas of yellow fruit (apricot, melon), flowers (acacia), brioche and mineral notes. On the palate its minerality and its sweet finish allow it to be served as an aperitif or with fresh summer dishes. This wine contains equal measures of grape varieties such as Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette and Bourboulenc. Every grape variety has been fermented separately and fermented at a low temperature.
