Information
About the producer

Cédric Bouchard, son of a winemaker, runs the estate of the same name based in Aube, on the Côte des Bar. He runs the small domain of Roses de Jeanne (one hectare), located in the Ource Valley, as well as Inflorescence in Val Vilaine. His agricultural methods are reasoned and controlled, quite close to the principles of biodynamics. His champagnes are renowned and sought after, production being very limited.

About the wine

The Bolorée cuvée has a subtle, precise nose, with aromas of citrus (lime), very ripe yellow fruits and notes of flowers, almonds and gingerbread. The palate is creamy, yet with good acidity and a pleasant bitterness at the finish.
