About the producer
This domaine, located in the heart of the Chablis in the village of Milly, was founded by Bernard Defaix in 1959 and is now managed by Sylvain and Didier Defaix. The domaine is certified for organic farming and priority is focused on vine cultivation (controlling the yield) and respecting the identity of the different terroirs of the domaine.
About the wine
This Vaillons Premier Cru is delightfully fresh and floral. It is perfectly balanced on the palate and has a long finish. A very nice wine!
