    About the wine

The grapes are harvested by hand, 80% destemmed, and punched down during fermentation, then the juice is kept for 16 months in oak barrels. Fully exposed to the east on a clay-chalk terroir, these 95-year-old vines produce a wine that is silky and deep with superb fruity aromas and a sumptuous texture.
