This domaine, which is famous for belonging to the actress Carole Bouquet, is one the largest vineyards on the island of Pantelleria, located to the south of Sicily. The vines enjoy a volcanic soil (70%) and clay and limestone soil (30%) and are treated with great respect. The wine produced has a distinctive balance and aromatic delicacy.

Ideal for apéritifs or desserts, this gold-coloured white wine with amber hints reveals an intense nose of candied notes, bergamot and dried apricot. The palate is limpid, yet creamy and rich. Complex, fresh and well balanced, it will pair equally well with sweet/salty dishes and special cheeses.
