About the wine

The Mon Aïeul cuvée is the result of a careful selection of parcels from the domain's oldest wines (up to 90 years). Vinification is conducted in whole bunches, and élevage takes place in vats to preserve an expressive fruitiness. The nose is distinguished by its complexity and offers notes of raspberry, licorice and spice. The palate is powerful and expressive, although it will take a few years for the tannins to become more supple.
