About the producer
Domaine Chantemerle was created in the 1960s. The vines (aged 25 years on average) grow on clayey-limestone soils. The wines are only matured in vats as the domaine wishes to avoid marking the wine with the wood. The domaine thus produces superbly mineral and lively Chablis.
About the wine
This Chablis has a bouquet of exotic fruit, apple and lemon aromas. The palate is full of flavour with a pleasant acidity and a good quality finish.
