Intensity
An elegant, full-bodied, biodynamic Riesling. Ripe fruit aromas make this cuvée the perfect match for ash-coated goats cheese or spiced fruit loaf.
More infoThis Riesling comes from a 3.5 hectare parcel adjoining the Grand Cru Pfingstberg. Certified biodynamic, the fruit undergoes a long, gentle pneumatic pressing before fermentation using indigenous yeast and the wine is maturated on its lees in barrels. Intense aromas of ripe yellow fruits greet the palate. At once elegant and full-bodied, this cuvée pairs well with regional specialities and goats cheese.
