A magnificent rosé, for drinking either on its own or as an accompaniment to Asiatic cuisine or fish.
More infoThis exceptional rosé is produced from a blend of primarily Mourvèdre grapes complemented by some Rolle. Mourvèdre is grown on clay–limestone soil which brings out its full flavours. The domaine favours nocturnal harvests and pneumatic pressing with gravity-collected juice. Temperatures are rigourously controlled during fermentation. The resulting wine has a pale pink hue, revealing delicate notes of grapefruit and exotic fruit. It has a well-balanced acidity and great length in the mouth, pairing magnificently with Asiatic cuisne or fish.

About the Producer Château Sainte-Roseline
A 12th century abbey, Château Sainte Roseline is now a huge wine property and a popular site to visit. The property has belonged to the Teillaud family since 1994. First Bernard, then Aurélie Bertin and her daughter have restored and developed the property. The sumptuous site has a park in which an exhibition of works by a famous sculptor is held every year. You can also visit the listed chapel, which contains the Saint Roseline shrine, a fresco by Chagall and a bas relief by Giacometti. A Cru Classé de Provence, the château is in the commune of Arc-sur-Argens.
